Desmond is a culinary mastermind who perfected his skills through extensive travel within the United States and internationally. His passion for food and travel have influenced his culinary journey, and this is what separates him from the crowd: he combines classic French technique with regional cooking traditions, ingredients, and spices. From New York City to small islands in South East Asia, Chef Dez follows the culinary road less-traveled, always exploring local cuisine, and looking for that next extra-special ingredient to make your menu exceptional.
