Chef Dez's cool, calm demeanor combined with Heidi's creative flare and highly detailed organizational skills are the perfect blend.

A passion for food and travel have influenced Chef Dez on his culinary journey, and this is what separates him from the crowd: he combines classic French technique with regional cooking traditions, ingredients, and spices. From New York City to small islands in South East Asia, Chef Dez follows the "culinary road less-traveled", always exploring local cuisine, and looking for that next extra-special ingredient to add to his kitchen.
